5. Refund Policy

Digital products are non-refundable because access is granted immediately upon purchase.

  • profit increases
  • conversion improvements
  • traffic growth

Business outcomes depend on many external factors including market conditions, product quality, execution speed, and third-party platforms.


8. Intellectual Property

All materials created or provided by The Revenue Systems Lab remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

  • templates
  • documents
  • playbooks
  • training materials
  • strategic models

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.


9. Digital Product License

When purchasing digital products, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or business use.

You may not:

  • resell digital products
  • redistribute them
  • upload them to public platforms
  • share access with unauthorized users

Violation may result in revoked access.


10. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or third-party service disruptions.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service or product.


12. Termination

  • abusive or unethical behavior occurs

Termination does not entitle the client to refunds.


13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • immediate termination of services
  • revocation of digital product access
  • legal recovery actions where applicable

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues.


14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
