About The Revenue Systems Lab
From Marketing to Revenue Engineering
The Revenue Systems Lab didn’t start with a theory.
It started with a pattern I kept seeing over and over again.
Since 2020, I’ve worked with Shopify and eCommerce brands across multiple areas of marketing, social media management, customer support, design, email marketing, Facebook ads, SEO, and full Shopify store management.
This gave me a deep understanding of how businesses grow and more importantly, where they struggle.
The Pattern I Kept Seeing
Many of the brands I worked with were generating between $30,000 to $100,000 per month.
They had traffic. In many cases, a lot of it.
- Ads were running
- SEO was bringing in visitors
- Social media was active
- Sessions were growing
But something didn’t add up.
The numbers didn’t match the store’s true revenue potential.
The Real Problem: Revenue Leakage
As I helped brands increase traffic through ads, social media, and SEO, one thing became clear:
Traffic was growing—but revenue wasn’t scaling proportionally.
And in today’s landscape, this gap is even more obvious.
Because these days, it’s easier than ever to drive traffic through paid ads, social media, and SEO…
But converting that traffic to its highest revenue potential
is where most businesses struggle.
Visitors were coming in… but not converting as they should.
- Product pages weren’t optimized
- Add-to-carts weren’t turning into purchases
- Email capture wasn’t maximizing value
- Funnels were incomplete or disconnected
- Automation was missing or underutilized
These businesses didn’t have a traffic problem.
They had a revenue system problem.
The Costly Mistake Most Brands Make
Even more importantly
I rarely see new businesses focus on optimizing their system before scaling.
Instead, they:
- Spend heavily on ads before their store is ready
- Struggle with low conversion rates
- Miss opportunities to increase average order value (AOV)
And later on, they pay even more to fix it,
hiring multiple people to correct mistakes from their initial setup.
Real Example
A store starts running Facebook ads and successfully drives traffic.
But:
- The product page isn’t optimized
- There’s no bundle or upsell strategy
- The offer isn’t clearly positioned
So instead of maximizing each visitor, they lose potential revenue.
To fix this later, they end up hiring:
- A designer to redo the product page
- A developer to fix technical issues
- A marketer to improve conversions
👉 Which costs significantly more than setting it up properly from the start.
Why I Shifted to Revenue Engineering
That realization changed how I approached marketing.
Instead of asking:
“How do we get more traffic?”
I started asking:
“Why isn’t the existing traffic converting as it should?”
That question led me deeper into:
- Funnel architecture
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Shopify store optimization
- Internal linking & SEO structure
- Email and automation systems
- Revenue per visitor (RPV) analysis
I became more focused on fixing what was leaking
than pouring more traffic into a broken system.
Because increasing traffic doesn’t fix inefficiencies,
engineering the system does.
What The Revenue Systems Lab Represents
The Revenue Systems Lab is built around one core objective:
Turning existing traffic into more revenue without immediately increasing ad spend.
I work independently with Shopify brands to improve:
✔ Conversion rates
✔ Average order value (AOV)
✔ Revenue per visitor (RPV)
✔ Funnel flow (homepage → product → cart → checkout)
Instead of treating marketing as separate tasks,
I approach it as one connected revenue system.
Who I Work Best With
I work best with Shopify and eCommerce brands that:
- Already generate traffic
- Already make sales
- Want to improve conversion efficiency
- Value structured, data-driven growth
If your traffic is high but your revenue isn’t where it should be,
there’s likely opportunity inside your existing system.
My Philosophy
- Traffic without monetization is wasted leverage
- Marketing without structure creates inefficiency
Small improvements in:
- Conversion rate
- Average order value
- Funnel sequencing
- Automation
Can compound into meaningful revenue growth,
without increasing your ad budget.
Let’s Improve What’s Already There
If you’re already generating traffic but feel like something is leaking in your store or funnel
I can help you identify where revenue is being lost and how to fix it.
