Refund policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and digital products offered by The Revenue Systems Lab.

By purchasing any service or digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Service-Based Offers

This includes consulting, optimization services, strategic advisory, audits, and any service engagement provided by [Your Business Name].

1.1 No Refunds After Work Has Started

Due to the strategic and intellectual nature of our services, all service payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Work is considered commenced once any of the following occurs:

  • Strategy or audit work has begun
  • Client onboarding has been completed
  • Access to client systems has been requested or granted
  • Implementation planning has started

1.2 Client Cooperation Requirement

The effectiveness of our services depends on timely cooperation from the client.

If a client delays providing access, information, or approvals required for execution, this does not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

Project timelines may be extended in such cases.


1.3 Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel ongoing services with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.


1.4 No Guaranteed Results

While we apply proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or business results.

Results depend on multiple external factors including but not limited to:

  • Market conditions
  • Traffic sources
  • Product-market fit
  • Client implementation speed
  • Third-party platforms and tools

2. Digital Products

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Courses
  • Templates
  • Guides
  • Toolkits
  • Frameworks
  • Downloadable resources
  • Educational materials

2.1 No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once access has been granted or a product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.


2.2 Unauthorized Distribution

Digital products are licensed for individual use only.

You may not:

  • Resell
  • Share
  • Distribute
  • Reproduce
  • Republish

any materials without written permission.

Violation may result in access termination and legal action.


3. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Revocation of digital product access
  • Permanent ban from future purchases

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve concerns.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.

However, we are under no obligation to issue refunds for services rendered or digital products delivered.

Program Commitment

The 90-Day Revenue Per Visitor Lift Program is a structured engagement designed to allow sufficient time for diagnosis, implementation, and optimization.

For this reason, clients agree to the full program commitment upon purchase, and early termination does not qualify for partial refunds.
